Delete your CalsFlow data

Delete specific data (keep your account)

You don’t have to delete your account to remove data. Inside the CalsFlow app you can delete individual items at any time, and they’re erased right away:

• A logged meal — open the meal and tap delete (also from the Home screen).
• A weigh-in — on the Progress screen, tap delete on any entry.
• A body-measurement record — on the Measurements screen or a record’s detail view, tap delete.
• A saved meal — remove it from your saved meals list.

These deletions are immediate and permanent, and don’t affect your account.

Delete your whole account (fastest)

If you still have CalsFlow installed, this removes everything immediately:

• Open CalsFlow and go to the Profile screen.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm with your password.

Your account and all of its data are erased right away, and you’re signed out. This cannot be undone.

Uninstalled already? Request it by email

We’ll confirm it’s you and permanently delete your account within 30 days. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period afterwards before being overwritten.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed:

• Your account and profile (name, email, body stats, goals, preferences)
• Every meal you logged, and your daily totals
• Your weight history and body measurements
• Your streak and saved meals

Progress photos and scale photos are never affected — they only ever exist on your own device. Delete them in the app, or uninstall CalsFlow, to remove them.

If you only want to leave the waitlist (and never created an account), email us and we’ll remove your address without touching anything else.
